The Cincinnati Reds defeated the Los Angeles Angels 4-1 on Monday night, starting fast with a two-run homer from Gavin Lux in the first inning. Brady Singer settled in after allowing a run in the bottom half, holding the Angels in check through six strong innings. The Reds’ defense shined, highlighted by multiple stellar plays from Ke’Bryan Hayes to keep Los Angeles off the board.
