Leadership Obsession

Not all bosses are created equal. In fact, some are downright nightmares. In this episode, I share a real story about a boss who claimed to be a Christian during the interview process—but once I was hired, it was a completely different story. The truth is, titles don’t make someone a good leader. Our choices, our character, and how we treat people do.
