One of the new projects that he and Stacy discuss is his new podcast, Same Team Podcast, that he co-hosts with Shannon Jackson (mom to internet superstar cat, Smush), which focuses on “fixing the fixers”. During the pandemic, Sterling expanded his focus to healing the fractured relationships among some of the rescuers and rescue organizations.
