It follows an earlier recall in August 2025. These recalled power banks were sold at Amazon.com, Esrtech.com, and Homedepot.com between September 2022 and July 2025.Stop charging and using these recalled power banks. To obtain a full refund, send an email to support@esrtech.com with your order number, if available, and a photo of the power bank showing the model number and the word “Recalled” written on it in permanent marker.
