Wolf It Down With Tyler Florence

When the Northern California wildfires broke out on October 8, it was the first responders who became the immediate heroes. Firefighters battled the blazes in 36 hour shifts, while some of their own houses burned around them. In this episode, Tyler, his wife Tolan and their children Dorothy and Hayden cook white bean chicken chili for their local firefighters and serve it to those fresh off a shift. Some tell their stories while others give ways to help and stay safe in natural disasters.
