Drug Free Fairbanks, rebranded into Safe Neighborhoods, has gathered enough signatures for their ballot initiative. The vote to end cannabusiness in Fairbanks North Star Borough and City is on October 3. We look at the three leaders of this movement over the past year, and see how it has evolved.
