This is a non-profit organization with the mission of feeding, clothing, educating and providing shelter for children in a small village in the African country of Uganda. These children were left orphaned due to losing one or both parents in the AIDS pandemic. Sylvia has constructed a fresh well, dedicated a library stocked with books, built four classroom blocks and a dormitory for house the students and teachers, and installed computers w/ Internet access. She's also brought a nurse and is providing a dentist to cure ailments such as umbilical hernias and syphilis. So far she's been able to sponsor over 200 of the school's orphans, which equates to one-third of the 1,000 students at the school.
