Remember like, 25 episodes ago when we came up with something that we cheesily called the "self care square"?  Well, we do, and we still haven't come up with a better name for it.  We'll be doing 4 episodes about each corner of the self care square (f*ck I hate that name).  This episode is about physical health.  Don't mind Peter calling it episode 25 at the intro, he's a dumb butt.
