Rambling With Friends

On today’s show we give you our take and review on the live action DCEU Wonder Woman movie. First we recognize and pay a little homage to the great Adam West. RIP. Then we do some first world belly aching about going to see Franz Ferdinand in concert. We might be getting too old to go to those particular concerts. We are old and need some chairs. On to the main feature. Wonder Woman was magnificent! It took over 75 years for her to be seen in a big screen live action movie and boy was it worth the wait. Gema and Rubi chat a little about the gender politics. We also give you a bit of history about this character and the mythology these characters come from. Plus the dive right into the real complexities this movie presents and lets you decide for yourself. Its not preachy or annoying. Its marvelous and everyone should see it!
