This week, Jake and Will shake things up by reviewing Cary Joji Fukunaga's critically lauded Netflix series, Maniac. We start of by discussing the series' cinematography and setting, ruminating on the potential for future spin-offs in this cassette futuristic world. What is more, we relive our favourite comedic moments, including Justin Theroux's wacky yet wonderful acting choices and the relationship between Snorri and his unlikely friend, the orange and blue plumaged alien Ernie. As well as a whole season of television to discuss, we also dive back into the news. We dissect the trailers for both Dark Phoenix and Vice, as well as speculate about the setting, release and commercialisation of the leaked 'Potterverse' video game.
