Rise Up In Love Part III Heather starts off this episode with a tangent about the scale. THROW IT AWAY! Heather finally had the chance to sit down with creator, Crystal Rose, to talk about her inspiration and the mission of Rise Up In Love. They talk about how it's always possible to imagine something and watch your dreams come true. They talk about being little chubby dancers and Crystal brings something to light about Heather's childhood that BLOWS HER MIND. The overall theme of the episode is to celebrate love and celebrate who you are because we are all kind of a big deal and we all deserve to be celebrate
