In the first episode of the new season, we take the Oscar bait (timely) and dig in to the sunny, sing-song world of La La Land. Is the beauty of the lead actors enough to earn our coveted brunch approval? Or are we left feeling like failed coked-out actors that have had to abandon our Hollywood dreams of having our movies and eating brunch too?
