I believe that every self help organization or religion in the world is just a framework for belief distribution. It doesn't matter what the teachings are, everyone is being primed for some sort of beliefs. It's up to you to choose which beliefs you want to support. It's your brain and you can fill it with whatever you want! For me I choose to believe in positivity and empowerment. Some people choose to believe the excuses that pop up.
