Meet Babita Spinelli in today’s podcast! Babita is a Licensed Psychotherapist/Psycholanalyst who practices in New York and New Jersey, USA. A quote from her website “Everything has changed and yet I am more me than I have ever been” by Ian Thomas; this quote really resonated with me (read it again, it’s a deep one!) when I was preparing for today’s interview. Babita shares a personal story about how she committed to doing her own personal work, navigating her own life. As she found herself she noticed how things were changing really helped her to be more connected with who she was.
