To celebrate the Genomics Forum Poetry Prize event at the Scottish Poetry Library, we chat with Sophie Cooke, novelist, poet and winner of the ESRC Genomics Poetry Prize. We get the chance to hear her read her poem and she muses with Ryan about why she is drawn to science fiction as a literary form. We also chat with the runner-up of the Genomics Prize, Russell Jones, who chats about his own fascination with the sci-fi poetry of Edwin Morgan. We also get to hear a few of Russell's poems.
