Amy talks to celebrity lawyer Mark Geragos who represents Colin Kaepernick in his collusion grievance. Geragos breaks news on Amy's podcast telling her exclusively that at least one NFL owner  testified under oath that he changed his mind about hiring Kaepernick after he heard what Trump said. Geragos also says Superbowl winning coaches testified under oath that Kaep is a starting quarterback in the league. When asked why he's not being hired, Geragos says they say because of the National Anthem controversy. Following the change to the new NFL Anthem Policy, Geragos discusses whether the NFLPA will legally challenge it and also why he responded to VP Mike Pence by saying he and Trump were violating a federal criminal law. Amy and Mark also expound upon whether the President can be indicted for influencing the NFL's hiring decisions and Amy reveals what she thinks is the legal team's entire theory of the case.
