Fun Life Walks

Welcome back to Fun Life Walks.  We're on episode 8 and we walking up a mountain... well maybe not a mountain but it's the closest we are going to get in Kent!  We making our way from the coastal village of St Margaret's at Cliffe to the South Foreland Lighthouse at the top of the White Cliffs of Dover.  This week our topic is about the Power of Now.  Inspired by our surroundings and the book written by Eckhart Tolle we discuss how important it is to live our lives in the present and appreciate what we all have right now.  The present is all we have, the past has gone and the future hasn't happened, so take the time and look up from what you are doing and love your life this very minute.  As always we've got our foreign phrase and handy tip of the week.  Come Walk with us.
