In the new age of country music, there are few artists that still draw inspiration from the genre's traditional style and roots. Not only is Shelby Lee Lowe inspired by the great legends of country music's past, he is also influenced by southern rock, blues, and R&B genres. Shelby Lee Lowe is a rising star in the world of country music. Shelby attended Middle Tennessee State University and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Music Business from the prestigious Recording Industry Program. There, he was introduced to many industry professionals, musicians and songwriters. The time Shelby spent at MTSU and interning for the National Academy of Recording Arts and Science was crucial to him. Since starting his musical career, Shelby has had the honor of sharing the stage with major recording artists and bands such as, Cowboy Troy, Sister Hazel, Darryl Worley, and the Legendary Charlie Daniels Band. He has performed at many festivals
