BONUS MICRO CONTENT: JUMP 4.2 Jump is my 8 week lean body fitness programme designed for Group fitness instructors frustrated at their training and nutrition Motivated fitness enthusiasts wanting to increase education People who train and are carrying more body fat than they would like. Jump has been in many different formats over the years. I won’t bore you with that. What I will tell you is the idea was born in 2011 with a small facebook groups for a “slimmers” group in the gym I worked in. We used the group to communicate with each other our nutirion and training. Once the “diet” was over the group continued. As the gym manager we used the group to help this select group of members out on a more personal touch. This group still operates today. In 2017 I made the decision to start Jump with a few trail runs. 4-5 versions later I realised that I need to up the standards to match the content I was providing Simply put I provide 15 years of experience and in order to reach more people I neede
