It's Valentine's Day next week and the pressure is on! There are those who hate this holiday due to not being in a romantic relationship (or being in an unhappy marriage). Learning to love yourself at least as much as the love you give others is not selfish, but a smart way to care for yourself and those you love. Being in the business of helping people be happy in their life and relationships, I wish I had a nickel for every time a person got mad at someone because they were insisting that person be their only venue of love.
