Michael Melcher is an executive coach, writer and partner in the leadership training firm, Next Step Partners. A graduate of Harvard University as well as Stanford University where he earned his MBA and JD, Michael worked in the U.S. State Department before conducting leadership training around the globe in such places as Tanzania, Thailand and Haiti. Michael is also the author of The Creative Lawyer.
