In your other marketing campaigns, you are serving investment property renters. You show them that you know what they need: that you are equipped to serve them. You know how to serve even from a distance, as many are looking for potential investments in other locations. When you have two completely different markets that you serve, you’re able to keep your income consistent: after all, the bank doesn’t care which market your income came from!
