On this weeks show we are lucky to be joined by Camille Baldock to discuss all things API related. We start off the podcast with discussion on how she got into programming and her first experiences with API Development. We then move on to chat about SOAP, REST, HATEOAS and the Richardson Maturity Model. This leads us on to HyperMedia APIs, highlighting the different format types (JSON-LD, HAL, Collection+JSON, SIREN…) currently available, common misconceptions and API design tooling (Swagger, API Blueprint, RAML…).
