This week's show is oooozing with greatness as we are joined by Chuck Francisco, one of the organizers of Blobfest in Phoenixville, PA. Blobfest is a 3 day event that happens each year in mid-July (July 12-14 this year) that celebrates all things classic horror/scifi and specifically the 1958 schlock classic "The Blob" which was shot in and around Phoenixville in 1957. Event highlights include the yearly "Run Out" of the Colonial Theatre, a day long street fair, classic car shows and weekend long double features playing in the Colonial. This year Paradelphia will be on the scene at Blobfest so look for our Facebook Live streams, social media posts and maybe even a byline in our favorite magazine, Scary Monsters in the months ahead!
