This week I want to explore the scams in the buisiness. They take several forms and each is bad. Some target the insurance company, some target the bail bond company, and some target the defendant. All are bad, and all need to be stopped. Scammers have come a long way from the Nigerian Prince offering you $millions of dollars, Today they use far more sophisticated methods, Spearphishing is the term. They know the target and in the case of a defendant they know the weak spot.
