With it being Halloween I am hoping that Tat-2 will share the scarey story of him pretending to be a nubile young lady earlier this week. It is the best Trick or Treat I have heard in a while. On a much more serious note, I am hoping to have Michelle Esquenazi  a New York bail agent and the Chairperson for the New York State Bail Bond Association joining us to discuss how Pre-trial is changing the rules of engagement in New York state. Can New York fight off Pre-trial? It is easy to say, Pre-trial doesn't effect me. Trust me, it is coming to a state near you very soon.
