The most effective thing you can do in any job, career or relationship is provide value and uplift the people around you! The more you make other people look good and differ recognition/credit the more success will gravitate towards you. Some get so hung up on validation and seeking recognition they don't focus on the bigger picture. You're not as good or as important as you think; however, you can provide and pave the way for others in which you will greatly benefit from later.
