Did It Anyway

Sometimes in life things will happen to us that are totally out of our control, unplanned and unwanted. How we view these experiences is what determines our happiness.  Because of a freak accident Rebecca’s life changed forever. No longer was she able to do the day to day things that she had previously taken for granted. For a time, life became a sad, dark and lonely place, one that Bec no longer wanted to be a part of.  Join me as we explore how Bec changed her view of life to find her happiness. Her situation did not change, but the way she viewed her situation certainly did.
