Join Kimberly as she speaks with Sharon Babineau, a professional speaker, author and philanthropist who founded the charity Maddie's Everlasting Wish in honor of her young daughter. Sharon is a decorated military soldier (retired), mountain climber & hockey player. Her proudest accomplishment is the honor of being a mom. With grace and grit, Sharon shares the journey she took with her daughter Maddie. Sharon is the author of her daughter's amazing story, "The Girl Who Gave Her Wish Away," and contributing author of "Chicken Soup for the Soul - Family Caregiver." Maddie's Everlasting Wish works to empower youth to make a difference. Sharon has presented to over 30,000 students in Canada and the USA. She also delivers inspirational keynotes at conferences, businesses and with organizations.
