Fun Life Walks

Welcome to Fun Life Walks.  This week we were taking in Herne Bay.  There was a severe lack of walking due to the very inclement weather but we still had our usual chat.  We found ourselves discussing why putting yourself first is NOT selfish and can actually benefit everyone around you!
