Barry C talked about a “discussion” he got into with a realtor from Illinois today. She could not for the life of her understand why Barry C would even ask such a question. Therein my friends lies the deeper problem. More than validating job performance and answering one question, some go as far as to intimate that it is Real Estate Heresy to merely ask the question.
