Another week has come and gone. We missed yesterday’s episode as Barry C was sick and we did not want him infesting everyone else in the studio. He was a trooper and made it back for today’s show. We started with a news story today about foreign buyers. We have been talking about this for a couple of weeks now, but if you are not reaching the international markets with your marketing, you are missing out on a ton of potential buyers. We also mentioned some interesting ideas that some agents are doing, Foreclosure Bus Tours. They are taking 40 or so prospective buyers and showing them 10 foreclosure properties at a time and getting deals done!
