Hino Kahoko's world is turned upside down when she has a fateful encounter with a magical fairy named Lily. Lily bestows upon Hino a magical violin that gives the owner uncanny musical ability. To Hino's dismay she is selected to perform in her school's concourse, a musical competition that features the most skilled players in the school. As Hino comes to grips with her new musical abilities she will make new friends and slowly develop a new found love for music.
