Based in a world thirty-one years after WWIII (2019), we find the city of Neo-Tokyo in a state of chaos. In the midst of government upheaval, terrorist attacks, and rampant gang violence, a small biker gang of six individuals strives to claim a stake in the mean streets of Neo-Tokyo. When one member of the gang gains access to unbridled power he must make a crucial decision -- control it or let it consume him.
