Becoming A New Man

Does Superman have a protector? Does Iron man take vitamins? Does the Hulk have a fitness plan? Does Thor have a spiritual connection with God? I use these hero’s as an example to our ideology of manhood. We’re hero’s to the ones we protect and provide for. The question is do you take the time out and focus on self-care? For years I didn’t, and it lead me down a path of destruction, I damaged a lot of vital relationships along the way. It’s ok to fix yourself before you save the world!
