Technology industry is booming and thriving! But women and minorites are not thriving with it...why not? This episode is express my passion on teaching women and minorities that the times are changing and we must also get on this technology wave. Not just for us, but our children as well are going to be left behind if we do not grasp the opportunity to join this tech wave ASAP. Technology isn't going anywhere but forward, into our future. Before we know it, we could be left out in the dark without opportunities to advance in tech. We need to take ahold of it ourselves, tech is not going to wait on us.
