In todays episode, we will be diving into the science behind your thoughts and why keeping negative thoughts in check is SO important for your success. Track your thoughts daily and be aware of what kinds of things you believe and tell yourself over and over all day. Keep a small journal of the following thought patterns to see if you are creating a place of growth and believe, or planting seeds of doubt and failure in yourself and others. What thoughts do I think about myself? What do I think about when I see something I want in someone else? What do I talk about with my 5 closest friends? What do I tell others when they are pursuing their goals/dreams?
