In this episode I'll be giving you a FULL recap of my 80s Ladies Dance Party from last night, the good the bad and what I'm learning. And I have to tell you, it's interesting how much you learn about yourself when you become an entrepreneur... I think MOST of us love the idea of going into business for ourselves and being our own boss for the financial potential and benefits (because we're all looking at it through rose-colored glasses in the beginning). But as soon as you start going, you realize quickly that in order to truly wow your customer and be successful, you'll need to make changes and quickly... "Fail quickly" is a term that comes to mind that couldn't be more true for me. Basically learn from your mistakes, and course correct fast and often. While business lessons are easily applicable for me meaning I can make those changes quickly, the emotional and mental ones I STILL struggle with and have to work on everyday.
