Patience is a virtue, for a reason.  We may live in a world where social media and society alludes us to believe that you need a fancy car or a fancy watch to prove your success.  But the reality is, if you worry about the short term things, you won't have a long term to worry about.  Do not underestimate what you can achieve from being patient.
