The dichotomy of "the black father" and its dutiful purpose of cultivating its seed.  There is an obvious lack of consideration for the necessary impact of a father from the cowardice measures taken by the fathers themselves, and the undeniable scars left on our youth from the neglect they've endured.  As said in this episode, "Fatherhood, impacts our Neighborhoods, which impacts our Brotherhood."
