We are taught to believe in many cases that all we have to do is "think" positive... to change our outlook...  be grateful and you'll be happy !    But this is an illusion of the mind and the ego... This type of psychology creates a negative feedback loop of frustration and despair that can only be released by realizing one thing... We do NOT "Think" positive thoughts... we ALLOW and ALIGN with them...  We allow access to positive thoughts... Thoughts exist as a frequency or vibration all around us... and what we are tuned into as the "Human" is what we have access to with our bodies and minds.. which act as antennas .. Trying to think positive when you don't feel good makes us feel as though we are trying to trick ourselves.. and with this example we kind of are...  We must allow ourselves the freedom to develop a process that shifts our vibration in this physical world to resonate higher ... by taking care of ourselves... eating more healthily.. exercising.. scripting an actual articulate description of who
