Alissa Powell from Latch Lactation is a Mother of 2 and IBCLC, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Alissa is a mother of two young children who has experienced many and complex challenges myself in her own lactation journey, which adds to her empathy for the real hurdles and emotions parents face. An Internationally Board Certified (IBCLC) as awarded by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) with a background in practical support as an ABA Counsellor and volunteer (Australian Breastfeeding Association Cert IV Breastfeeding Education [Counselling]. Also a member of the Lactation Consultant Association of Australia and New Zealand (LCANZ) and the International Lactation Consultants Association (ILCA).
