Quickly: creatine is underutilized, is natural, and increases not only muscle & strength but cognition, sodium/salt is a crucial mineral and is demonized rather unjustly (I talked correlation/causation), caffeine is a wonderful servant but terrible master, and carbs are needed by most to a certain extent (I talk about glycogen, the thermogenic effect of food, and keto & low carb dieting here).
