The verdict is in on Tavis Smiley! Mr. Smiley was suspended and fired in 2017 as a former PBS host at the height of #MeToo, accused of having sexual relations -- some consensual, some not -- with co-workers, including subordinates. He sued PBS, who counter-sued based on a morals clause in his contract. In their first special episode, Marc and Kate discuss the case and the jury verdict that came down in early March 2020.
