There are an infinite number of aspects to deal with when running a small business, proof that it is an art in itself. One of the most important aspects is dealing with people. Dealing with customers is one thing, but what about the people who work with you. How do you motivate them to do their best everyday? How do you have them share the same passion? How do you share your why with them?   This was my main takeaway when talking to Chime Bell Osabel, one of the partners of Diet in a Box - a meal subscription box that caters to about 500 customers daily. They've managed to do that because the people in the company share the same purpose.
