This is where we give ourselves some distance using our minds. We used to get distance by going to work, sending the kids off to school, being free to run over to the local coffee shop whenever we wanted. But now that those natural reset buttons aren't available, it's important to practice Mental Distancing and give yourself the break and perspective you need.
