Like Attracts Like Podcast

It is a very common understanding in the world of conscious evolution or evolving beyond an old painful story or experience .. that the "process" of letting go can be daunting.. and extensive and that it may be something you will NEVER get over!!..  The justifications we can make to protect how long we need to "get over" "stop thinking about" or "heal" from can be a little whirlwind of thought and emotion and comments from our inner dialogue.  While if we are connected to the pain in that moment we WILL suffer... and it WILL feel real...  BUT .... We have the power in every moment to choose a new thought that feels better... and if we can do that in that moment we WILL feel better in that moment ...  Today we are talking about the story that screams at you when you find yourself feeling better... the voice of the ego that tries to maintain it's power by fighting for your attention... welllll after you have actyally handled and dealt with the lesson of the story..   We dive in realllll deep today !!
