Like Attracts Like Podcast

One of the greatest teachers that I ever had... was the part of the journey where I transitioned from "Ego" Version of me... working and running around in the unconscious world to find validation... and the version where I started to take time for myself... do less but do it intentionally..  Meditate more, exercise , journal..   These were all less physical things.. that didn't provide a "tangible"  or measurable result in the societal experience that I was trying to heal.  This caused periods of exhaustion where I wasn't taking the time to realize how much energy it takes to heal yourself... to transmute the emotional suffering energy to healed higher perspective energy...  This energy or healing work can leave you exhausted.. and if we allow our old " egoic judgmental" self to make us feel bad for being drained... it can wipe us out...   Allow yourself the space and energy needed to heal... and watch the connections that will flow to you!!  MUCH LOVE TODAY !!  Likeattractslike11.com
