Thank you so much for joining me today !   I found that there was one question that I could ask myself that would dive beneath all of my narrative.. all of my beliefs and excuses.  This question can do nothing but create a direct connection to the higher self that knows it is a part of this universe ... connected to source, or God, or Infinite Intelligence ... YOU....    The question doesn't allow for your story to take over and convince you of some lie... or of someone's lie that they've told you...   Ask yourself in the face of whatever cool thing you want to do but feel you aren't capable.. of every challenge you have been confronted with.. every limiting belief that keeps you on the couch instead of doing what you love...  Is This That I Am Going Through...  GREATER THAN ME ...   Your Inner voice won't let you say " YES IT IS GREATER THAN ME " for long....   Eventually it will feel so uncomfortable to say something that you are experiencing is more than you are capable of handling...  It will begin to dis
