Being in a negative headspace doesn't feel good. Usually this can come from either negative self talk, or people being negative around you. How do you get out of it? Stop hiding behind your emotions and take control and responsibility of how you feel. Remember that everyone has good days and bad days, and the good outweighs the bad. Listening to positivity through earphones or outloud can help drown it out. That can be through podcasts, YouTube videos, people like Eric Thomas on Instagram and more. If you haven't already, it's time to set goals for you to achieve over Coronavirus lockdown. Whether it's to spend more time learning to play the keyboard, or doing more that you love but never get to do, it might be worth setting goals.
